Quite intense golden yellow hue. Effervescence of fine bubbles giving rise to a creamy foam.
The first nose reveals the expressive and gourmet character of this champagne with notes of pastries and fruit pastes. Upon aeration, floral notes of peony appear.
The appetizer is smooth and harmonious with nuts and dried fruits. Freshness and depth are provided by candied citrus fruits as well as floral notes.
